Sanvi Tours and Travels is a taxi and tour operator based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Sanvi Tours and Travels.

When you submit an enquiry or booking form we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, along with the trip details you provide: pickup and drop locations, travel dates and times, passenger numbers and any message you write.
Our servers also record technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type and the page you submitted the form from. This is used to prevent spam and duplicate submissions.

Who we share it with
We share your name, contact number and pickup details with the driver assigned to your trip, because they cannot complete the journey otherwise. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of a passenger or driver.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses a session cookie to keep your form submission secure. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may set their own cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the enquiry form may stop working if you block them entirely.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and to handle any dispute about a trip. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your records. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to booking records is limited to authorised staff accounts protected by passwords. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults making travel arrangements. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
